Garage Door Opener Clicks But Wont Run
When a roller on the garage door comes off one of the side tracks the opener won t be able to lift the door.

If the motor doesn t run at all you may need to replace the garage door opener logic board. Although rare a failed drive motor is another reason why the door won t open.
The garage door opener may be making clicking noises as a result of the security lock. Then turn the up limit control about 3 turns in the opposite direction of the arrow printed on the cover. Be sure to replace the bolt.
